This week Jessica hops on to share how she passes yoga onto her children. Spoiler alert: it's not by leading them in a traditional yoga class as she would with the kids she teaches professionally! Rather, she tries her best to live her yoga and in turn pass that onto her children. She encourages everyone listening to practice yoga themselves (whether that be through breathing, meditation, mindfulness or physical practice) because it helps bring access to the peaceful place within. Returning to this inner peaceful place over and over again is the most important thing we can do for the children in our lives.
